Jesus V. Del Rosario Foundation, Inc. (the Foundation), nonstock, nonprofit corporation, is a private institution incorporated in the Philippines and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on March 8, 1984. The Foundation was organized for the purpose of fostering, developing, undertaking and participating in modern and comprehensive educational and training programs, systems and courses in any field of industry, more particularly in the field of electronics.

In achieving its objectives, the Foundation is funded by means of dues, fees, contributions and donations from members, corporations and other entities. It is managed by a Board of Trustees (BOT), the members of which receive no compensation. The Foundation was established to serve as the social development arm of the JVR Group of Companies. The Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Jesus V. Del Rosario believes that through the Foundation, the JVR Group of companies can contribute to improve the Filipino’s quality of life through social development programs.

Thus, it must continuously evolve to align itself with the pressing needs of the times, realities and global priorities towards nation building. The Foundation upholds the core belief of the JVR Group, that is, reconciling the profit motive with service to the nation. This belief is based on the Founder’s ideology which is firmly rooted in the Vision of becoming a change agent and a partner in prosperity building in the various units of Philippine society. This Vision sees the Filipino developing into a self-reliant, socially responsible and productive people who link personal, community and national development.
